However, for the best listening experience, we recommend trying different ear tip sizes to ensure a snug, comfortable fit in your ear. Three sizes—Small, Medium, and Large—are included in the Accessories box, so you can find the size that suits you best. #### **How to change ear tips** To remove an ear tip, place fingers at the base and pull firmly.  To attach an ear tip, flip up the outer layer so you can hold the base firmly. Then, align the base to the bud connector at an angle and push firmly until you feel it pop into place. To make sure it’s secure, you can give it a small tug. ### Step 2: Pair with your phone 1\. Ensure the buds are inside the case, with the lid of the case open. 2\. Put the case into pairing mode by holding the Multi Function Button on the case for 3s. **Note:** The LED Light Indicators on the case will cycle blue to confirm when the buds are in pairing Mode. 3\. Navigate to the Bluetooth device settings (like your phone), ensure that Bluetooth is on and select “Audeara Buds” to connect. **Note:** The LED Light Indicators on the case will flash blue to confirm when connected. ### Step 3: Create your unique hearing profile Everyone hears differently, and your left ear can hear differently to you right. So that you can listen to everything with sound tailored to you, complete a quick and easy hearing check using the Audeara Tune app.  Download the **Audeara Tune app** from the [Apple App Store](http://applinks.audeara.io/?app=buds) or [Google Play](http://applinks.audeara.io/?app=buds). Follow the in-app instructions to set up your Audeara Buds and create your unique hearing profile. ### Step 4: Get familiar with your listening modes Once your left and right hearing profiles are uploaded to their respective buds, everything you listen to will be personalised to you.
