Can I personalise the Audeara headphones for someone else?

If you have a copy of a recent audiogram and would like a new set of Audeara's personalised for someone else, please email orders@audeara.com with this request prior to purchase. 

If you or a relative attend and are purchasing through a hearing clinic, please request this service when they place your order. 

If you have received your Audeara headphones but your child or relative is unable to perform the hearing test on our app, please contact your Audiologist or hearing clinic in the first instance. If they are unable to assist you, please call 1300 251 539 and we can walk you through how to enter this data manually.
