Can I return my Audeara headphones?

Audeara are confident that you will love our product. For that reason we offer a no-questions asked 60 day money-back guarantee. This means that if for some reason the product isn’t what you expected, or isn’t functioning as you would like, we’ll take it back and give you a full refund.

We also offer a 24 month manufacturers warranty, in line with Australian consumer law. This means that your headphones will be assessed, repaired or replaced at no cost to you.

Please note that if you purchased your headphones from a Hearing clinic or one of our stockists, that stockist will need to refund you directly and we will then credit their account. All headphone returns and repair requests need to contain the Audeara box, cords and case, in addition to the headphones.
