If your streamer is not a solid green when using the AUX connection and set to Tx, it is not paired or there is an error with the connection. We recommend:
- Disconnecting the device from the TV (leave plugged into power).
- Holding the switch toward the bluetooth symbol for 7-8 seconds or until the light disappears.
- Turning the streamer to 'off' then back to 'Tx'.
- Reattempting pairing and connecting (see setup guide here)
