When I go to reset my password, the app tells me 'can not forget password, try again later' - what is happening?

The most common cause of this message and inability to complete a password reset is because the email address used to register was not confirmed when initially set up. To get around this you can search your inbox for 'Audeara' to find the initial email confirmation link from when you first created your account. Confirm you email address and you should be able to reset your password and use the app normally.
