  • Self Managed participants can purchase directly from your clinic and claim the
    expense back through their NDIS funding.
  • Plan Managed participants require a quote or invoice be sent to their nominated
    plan manager for approval or payment.
  • Agency Managed participants must sign a service agreement confirming the
    purchase of the product and authorising you to submit a service booking and
    payment request on their behalf. Your clinic must be registered as a provider
    with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIA) for claiming through their
    online portal.
