How to Change the Broadcast Name on Your Audio Broadcaster
Your Auracast Audio Broadcaster can be given a custom broadcast name, making it easier for listeners to identify and select the correct broadcast.
Can I change the broadcast name myself?
Unfortunately, the broadcast name cannot currently be changed directly by the user. Audeara has a dedicated configuration tool at our HQ that allows our team to update the broadcast name for you.
Haven't received your Audio Broadcaster yet?
If your Audio Broadcaster has not yet been shipped, please contact our Support Team and let us know the broadcast name you would like to use.
Where possible, we can configure the name for you before the device is sent, so it arrives ready to use with your preferred broadcast name.
Already have your Audio Broadcaster?
No problem. If you already have your Audio Broadcaster and would like the broadcast name changed, please contact our Support Team.
Our team can assist with arranging for the device to be returned to Audeara HQ so we can update the broadcast name using our configuration tool and return the device to you.
