What should I do if my item needs a repair?

Audeara offers a 24 month manufacturer warranty. This means that if anything goes wrong with your product that is due to the quality or a fault in manufacturing, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. 

The warranty does not cover physical damage (e.g. accidental damage). 

To arrange a repair under warranty please email us. Your product will then be assessed for repair. 

If you purchased your Audeara product from a hearing clinic or one of our stockists, please liaise with them directly.
